All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

Pet Safety Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
