At Pet Safety Co, we care deeply about the safety and wellbeing of your pets. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help and will always do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
To begin a return request, please contact our support team at petsafetyco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund has not appeared after this time, please contact us and we will investigate further.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons relating to pet products, some items cannot be returned once opened or used unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In most cases we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
